Apply generously to all exposed skin areas before sun exposure. To maintain protection, reapply sunscreen regularly, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling off. Avoid contact with eyes.

Please avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, especially at midday, even if you use sunscreen.

Make sure infants and young children are not exposed to direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing and sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25).

Excessive sun exposure can pose a serious health risk. Apply sunscreen before going out and remember to reapply to maintain protection. It's especially important to reapply when you sweat or after swimming and drying off.

Remember that applying too little sunscreen will significantly reduce the protective effect. Even sunscreen with a high SPF does not provide complete protection against UV rays.
